The Toronto Area Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS) presents our next educational session.

Sara Malkin will cover the following key topics:

Sara regularly advises public and private sector employers regarding labour and employment matters including litigation and arbitration, human rights, workplace safety and insurance as well as collective bargaining. Sara is often retained to conduct workplace investigations into allegations of workplace harassment, discrimination, and other employee complaints, and is a facilitator of the Workplace Investigation Seminar team at Mathews Dinsdale. Sara received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law.
Kristen Coady will cover the following key topics:
- Absence Management Landscape: challenges for employers
- Opportunities for employer action
- Results that can be achieved
Kristen Coady is a Senior Consultant in the Ontario Health and Benefits practice, specializing on outcome-oriented design and implementation of some of Canada’s largest and most complex absence and disability management programs. Educated at the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science and Human Kinetics (hons.), Kristen also carries a range of industry training and has completed the CEBS Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) with Dalhousie University.
