Webinar: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

November 17, 2021
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM ET
Registration Closed
The ISCEBS Toronto Chapter invites you to join us on Wednesday, November 17th at 11:30 am for a webinar on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

The Oxford dictionary defines diversity as the practice or quality of including people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders, sexual orientations, etc.

Equity is defined as being fair or impartial while inclusion is the practice or policy providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized.

Our presenters, from Rogers Communications, will share their empirical knowledge as regards DEI and will leave the audience with three key takeaways with a focus on how organizations can build a DEI strategy by putting in systemic and sustained efforts, and how to manage the candidate search process effectively.
