The Toronto Area Chapter of the ISCEBS is governed by a Board of Directors, including four Officers and members of the Board. The Officers include the positions of:

Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
The Board of Directors is comprised of members who have each earned accreditation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and Dalhousie University and, are registered members of the Toronto Chapter. The Past President also serves as an ex officio voting member on the Board.
